Today, succour has come as a delegation of professionals from the Nigerian erosion and watershed management project alongside the Member representing Bende south state constituency at the Abia state assembly Hon. Emmanuel Chinedu Ndubuisi visited the erosion site to inspect first hand the menace as they promised that the NEWMAP will do their best to tackle the erosion in order not to cause more harm to the society.

The Youth president Uzuakoli Youth Association, Mr. Chijioke Ndubuisi thanked the delegation from NEWMAP and the Member of the State legislator for their swift response following the SOS sent by the community. And prayed that God will use their offices to save Amamba Uzuakoli from great disaster.
