ROOTS OF THE BREWING CRISIS IN SOKAPU AND IT’S SPONSORS RE: IMPEACHMENT OF ENGR. S.K. TABARA FOR GROSS MISCONDUCT, CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION AND ABUSE OF OFFICE
This article is a reply to the piece of tantrums couched and directed at the President of SOKAPU in the person of Engr. Tabara S. K. This document so referred to and authored by nine (9) renegade Members of the Union’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) is a misinformation and a crafted pack of lies directed at the National President with the vanquished hope of impeaching him. Copy of the said document is attached herewith, and marked as No. 1.
Firstly, the mechanisms and procedures of effecting a ceasation of office for any elected Officer of
SOKAPU under the Union’s Constitution are as follows:
