Sensational Nigerian singer, Ayra Starr, and DJ Maphorisa from South Africa will perform at the 2024 Creative Africa Nexus Weekend, (CANEX WKND), concert.
This year’s edition of the CANEX WKND will be held from October 16 to 19 2024, in Algiers, Algeria.
CANEX WKND is a flagship event that highlights Africa’s creative and cultural industry.
Other performers include Kenyan singer Sofiya Nzau, Tinariwen, a Tuareg music group from the Sahara region of southern Algeria, South Africa’s Kabza De Small, and DJ Maphorisa.
It should be recalled that Ayra Starr gained global recognition after releasing her hit track ‘Bloody Samaritan’ in 2021.
