We read that charity begins at home, a swift on history as ASALGA Campaign Chairman for PDP 2015, where he single handedly mobilised his community, delivered amazing thought provoking results for the present governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike.
He is a result oriented and man of the people. Crowd puller!

Back to our discourse. And what a better time to be the man of the moment in Rivers State than now!
MLJ single handedly hosted a Christmas carnival that shut down his residential street in Agip Estate on the 30th of December, 2019! Hosting about 2500 youths to their glitz and glamour.

Carnival, although a western christian festival that occurs before the liturgical season of lent of the Catholic Church has now become a common celebration in Nigeria during the festive periods such as Christmas Yuletide. An event of huge proportion that brings together creme de la creme of the society, featuring public celebrations and events such as parade, street parties and other entertainments,

MLJ did not leave any stone unturned as he made sure everyone in attendance had their fill and well entertained to the music of the upcoming resident artists within the state. He chose the resident upcoming artists as a way of supporting them and giving them platforms to grow. He believes that this is one way to showcase your own rather than importing international musicians.

A man who has his people at heart, a philanthropist by nature and a huge employer of labour in his community never allowed 2019 to end without showing how much he loves and cares for his people.

There were lots of merriment. Assorted foods and drinks of both local and continental origin were made available in abundance.

Prominent in the merry ground is the fireworks which lasted for almost an hour making the jubilation a worthwhile show bringing everyone in attendance to a heightened emotions of celebration!

It would be noteworthy to say that MLJ is the man of the moment as he uses every opportunity available to him to impact positively on his people particularly the youths who most times look up to him as a role model. And he is indeed a role model! A man with a heart of gold!

MLJ is a man who leaves you with a lasting impression that life is all about sharing; sharing love and affection using whatever means is available to him. He gives not because he has so much but because he’s a man who has come to understand what it means not to have. So, he shares with everyone around him the little he has got.
