Over the weekend tea spilled that Nelly was in hot water after a woman alleged that he raped her. Now, the woman is claiming that Nelly raped her without a condom, and offered her money.
According to TMZ, the woman claims that she and her friends were partying at Nelly’s table, she got tipsy, got invited to an after party, left with Nelly’s people and was then taken to Nelly’s tour bus.
The 21-year-old then claims that she and Nelly were in his room, and she said no when he tried to have sex with her. She also alleges that Nelly told her to ‘shut up’ and added that he wanted to have sex with her without a condom.
After the alleged rape, the woman claims that that’s when Nelly offered her money, and then a different woman came in the room and said, “You gotta go,” then proceeded to throw her off the bus and threw $100 at her.
According to Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, issa lie. He says it does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly, she has one. The agenda is money, fame, and notoriety.”

Rosenblum says he has an investigator on the case and “we will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility.”
The lawyer adds, “She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals.”
