KPI’s/Objectives (Individual)

Increase turnover from projects by 25% based on previous performance
Target 100% client requirement
Achieve improved client perception and enquiry response time to at least 8 in an increase satisfaction scale of 1 to 10 daily
Target zero variation between estimated and actual resources utilized  Target Zero variation from approved schedule Daily
Review trend and system problems and address using effective root cause verification approach and lessons learnt daily
Preparation of a robust maintenance plan/program and address using effective root cause verification approach monthly
Ensure that Statutory & Regulatory requirement are meet 100%

Responsibilities and Accountability

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Understand contract requirements and communicate to the Project Team
Comply with business & Legal policies
Ensure project team is staffed with qualified people
Protect MLJ Marine Oil & Gas from any unnecessary risks
Provide the Project Management Leadership during the Pre-contract Phase
Understand the As-Sold Scope of Work & Estimate
Obtain, coordinate, and manage the resources and tools required to execute the project
Hold contract summary meeting with project team
Chair the project kick-off meeting
Communicate project objectives to Project Team
Provide leadership and motivation to team
Maintain team alignment and monitor team performance
Promote team concept
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Hold regular project review meetings
Serve as focal point for all client communication
Cultivate good client relationships
Develop the project execution plan
Establish project procedures
Responsible for HSE, quality, schedule, and financial performance
Ensure Project Control Systems are established for: Schedule, Progress Measurement and Earned Value System, Cost Report and Change Management.
Champion the project forecasting process
Prepare internal & external project reports
Execute & manage Lessons Learned program at the project level

Requirements

A first degree in a related field of study

Minimum of 3 years experience in same industry as he/she is applying

Proficiency in use of PC and good knowledge of Microsoft word, power point and Excel Spreadsheet

Purpose/Role

Developed and execute audit plans
Lead the development & implementation of continuous process improvement

Prime Responsibilities And Duties

Perform internal/external audit on various work sections and follow-up to clear issues of nonconformance / prepare all relevant reports
Develop and execute audit plans
Monitor all fabrication and construction activities
Supervise paint and coating activity from first to final coat with all tests conducted as per project requirement
Assist in preparation of technical / commercial leaders
Access and review calibration status of tools and equipment used for projects
Identify areas of importance and inform contractor of noted observation
Supervised welding NDT activities on the structure
Promote safe work practice through toolbox meetings and site observations
Verify effectiveness of corrective action as well as implementation of preventive actions consolidating reports
Lead the development & implementation of continuous process improvement
