There have been joy and happiness all over Bende Community for 3 days when the News that Chief Emmanuel Chinedum Ndubuisi has emerged the PDP  flag bearer for House of Assembly primary election, Bende South Constituency.

It was a thing of joy even market women are all jubiliation  that Ijiriji is set to take over, to save the community, all happy of the development. This is a prove that he is the man of the people.

It’s now crystal clear that Chief Emmanuel Chinedum l Ndubuisi generally known as IJIRIJI BENDE name is synonymous to Community Development; He has the right standing as we get set for the general election.
